Find another hotel, no restaurant and poor customer service.
This hotel offers an amazing view. Unfortunately that’s the only positive thing I can say about this hotel.
There were numerous problems with this hotel. They listed several amenities on their listing which they don’t actually provide. First of all they claim to have a restaurant, bar, and room service. None of that is true. The restaurant has been closed for quite some time. Their listing clearly states that breakfast is included but they offer no breakfast. They also claimed to have a Turkish bath but it’s broken. They said they have a hot tub but it was dirty and never turned on. The light switches in the room didn’t work properly. In our room we had a set of bunk beds, a single bed and a double bed. We tried sleeping in the double bed but the fitted sheet wouldn’t stay in place and the mattress was dingy. The tv also didn’t work and when the staff was notified they didn’t investigate or even attempt to fix the issue. Getting transportation at the hotel was difficult and the staff refused to help in getting a taxi. They wouldn’t even give us the number for a taxi. We were supposed to stay here for a week but given all of these issues we decided to leave after two days. However, the hotel refused to refund us for the extra days. They said the paperwork we signed at check in says no refunds will be issued. But seeing as how they lied about their amenities and misrepresented themselves in their listing they should have refunded our payment. Basically they stole 330,000 pesos from me. I requested to speak to the owner and was told I would have to wait 2 days until he returned to the hotel. They refused to allow me to call him to speak with him or to have the owner contact me. Very poor customer service. Do yourself a favor and find another place to stay.
